EXPERIENCE

Working at a community college, we deal with all aspect of government, from state officials, trustees, and local governance.  My experience serving on the Ceres Measure H Committee and the Stanislaus County Economic Development Action Committee has given me a unique perspective on the importance of infrastructure development, affordable/attainable housing issues, and economic growth. Plus, various non-profits such as Advocates for Justice, Central Valley Opportunity Center (CVOC), Latina Leadership Network, King Kennedy Board of Directors and the Latino Community Roundtable. As a Ceres City Councilmember, I have seen firsthand the impact of outdated infrastructure and policies, limited housing options, public safety concerns, and a slowing economy. I am committed to creating a thriving and safe community where individuals and families feel supported.

I continue to focus on addressing various issues such as infrastructure development, affordable/attainable housing initiatives, improved public safety measures, and economic development strategies.

I am dedicated to listening to the concerns of our community and working collaboratively to build a brighter future for Ceres.
